CV Help

So I've managed to secure myself an interview for a job as a telemarketing staff for a glazing company. Now I just need to make a CV for my interview. What should I put under the sections of personal statement and work experience?

I'm 18
Sixth form student
I have no work experience

Also does anybody have any interview advice as I've never had one before. I'm going to read up about equal oppurtunities and that, anything else?

Very odd process. You should have had to submit a CV first, which they use to decide whether or not to give you an interview. Are you sure you need to do one?
