Ignoring the fact that we know no history of the video and it says it would say more about than the riders than the bikes anyway...

Erm, that video shows a mito right behind a rs. Until you get to racing, usually the person behind, but keeping up is the faster one. They can go at least as fast as the rider infront and will have to occasionally put a bit more effort in to catch up when the person infront takes an opportunity.

Even in racing, someone just behind another rider is probably faster... just only a little bit faster so biding their time until they can pass.

Yeah well whatever, they looked like they were pretty even to me.

One was ahead, but they were like that the whole way round, including at the beginning as the end. No gaining or loosing ground.

They could have both gone faster, probably if the other bike wasn't within a few meters...

Both bikes will be so similar it would come down the the rider. The rider would account for a lot.

An RS125 and a Mito125 are virtually the same.
If anything, its all down to the rider and gear control. Typical RS owner is gona say that the RS125s can do 130mph, and a typical Mito owner is gona say their mito can do 130mph. We all know they can probably just push a ton.
