Explain to me which polictical party supported Boris being banned from parliament and has the most seats.

The right wing call them boycotts when they do it and cancelling when anyone else does.

What is the BCF's massive opinion on the political lean of BCF?

I would hazard a guess as a little right of centre.
But with decent respect for leftist ideas.

Fairly even.

Anyway. It's all going to be settled in trial by combat, so we have that to look forwards to.

yes. its called supporting free speech.

not your newspeak version of free speech which is- im a truly liberal and enlightened individual, but only as long as i like what your saying.

to be honest, that seems like feminine thinking to me, where feelings trump all else.

And equally your version sounds like typical self justification. You want the right to free speech? Absolutely fine by me, but remember that with rights come responsibilities. Balanced criticism of systems is absolutely fine. Bigotry and hate isn't.

Lawmakers generally do. Here's a starter for ten though...

hate speech
noun
Bigoted speech attacking or disparaging a social group or a member of such a group.
A term for speech that attacks or disparages a person or group of people based on their social or ethnic group.

Boris johnson could have easily put a law through saying Support for Scottish nationalism, is hate speech and shut down, then you'd be wanting your freedom back

Ah resorting to 'appeal to extremes' eh? Desperate stuff Laughing

But to answer it, that would not be proportionate. It would probably have failed and would most likely have been overturned by the judicial system.

Bit by bit it could easily have been done, once Labour take over Scotland again because the SNP has been pocketing the funds, it wouldn't surprise me if independance comes a dirty word and a few of the extremists push it too far and you do end with it just being a bigotry thing like English nationalism

The snag now is, just expressing an honestly held opinion is too often instantly labelled as hate speech, racist bigotry etc etc

JKRowling for instance
never read any of her books but did read what she wrote after the
hoo hah and couldn't make out what the fuss was about in any rational way.

None of the leftys seemed to jump to her defence when she was
inundated with vile threats.
Black people who hold more centre-ist or conservative (small c ) views are 'not real black'

A lot of these leftys look more like fascists to me with their intolerance of counter views, debate and discussion.

Spineless Kier Starmer can't/wont say what a woman is and
dont get me started on the scottish national socialist party
the Tories are too busy stabbing each other in the back

I fuckin hate politicians cant we just have some folk good at doing their job FFS

What's your point here? Hate speech is hate speech. You could equally produce the same sort of quotes for any group.

You know my point, it was tolerated for many years in one direction on twitter. Musk seems to want more of a free-for-all in terms of debate anyway.
