I am going to look at a 1992 ZXR400 tonight, are there any things that tend to go wrong on these bikes that i should look out for?

Don't know much about zxr's but off the top of my head check the rear suspension, smooth running, cosmetics.
Check the owner has been doing good maintainance on the bike. General signs that it has been looked after!

The only thing that the zxr has a reputation for is the rear suspension can get nasty.
