evry time someone post a charitable event or rideout theyt seem to get karma raped?

if you dont agree why not just ignore it?

Because they join with the one single intention of posting this while trying to make it look like they are just a random who has found this event and is taking part.

If they were a genuine biker and not related to this event it wouldn't sound like a dodgy scam post and their first post wouldn't be hey look at this, give us your money.

you have a fair point there, i only said this as i had just read another post about a charity event and this to had been karma raped,
i still dont agree tho if someone is trying to do a genuine event and raise awarness then should they not be allowed to do so without being incaserated as a spammer?

As many will say, unfortunately it's a fine line. If we let people do this then the forum will soon become over run. What consists of not spam? Non related bike charities, dying children in Africa?

It's a difficult situation. I personally just ignore it, I don't like it, but there's nothing we can do to stop it. Only discourage it.

The spinal injuries association have organised a ride from Milton Keynes to Ace Cafe London.

but this is biike related, if post in the correct section i see no reason why it cant be allowed as im sure a few peoplem from here may attend, in which case it served its purpose.

however if you get every jo blogs advertising the save a snail charity or what not or con they yh they should be outed as well as if the O>P is affiliated with ace cafe in london then its shameful promotion on the back of a charity Thumbs Down , but from the looks he was just sharing as he live in milton keynes area and obviouly saw it and thought ill share that, a friendly hellow in general bike chat and what not before goijng in for the kill may well have been a better option.
