Any BCFers in the cotswolds fancy coming to one of the slow pete enduros run by the Cotswold Enduro Club next year? It'll be my first ever enduro, and it would be great if I could find someone to ride with.

It'll be a 'How many laps can you do in 2 hours around a 5 mile course' kind of race. So it doesn't matter how fast you go or your ability. All classes of bikes are allowed too, but you might want to concider some new tyres etc. before you give it a whirl.

If we get some intrest, then maybe some people would come and watch/be pit crews/laugh at us.

The first fixture is likely to be in February, but I thought that it would be good to get this organised early, so that maybe we could get some practise in and generally meet up first. (I've only ever met one other BCFer Confused)

If anyone wants anymore information on the Cotswold Enduro Club, go here:

And there's quite a good review of a slow pete enduro here. It's written by another guy who had never raced before.

Cheers! Smile

Wouldn't mind trying something like that if I get a bit more experience (ie actually to have ridden off road before Smile ) and have an appropriate working bike.

If not, I could still be tempted to come along and spanner/photgraph.
